With all the rain in the last year, our yard has been a soggy mess and mostly unusable for our two boys. Dillon and Semenovich came out the day after we called them to assess the situation and formulate a plan to correct the problem. 

They completed the work in stages to reassess along the way and determine what would be most effective and cost conscious. 

The results have been amazing. Our yard is dry even after heavy rains this summer, and the sump pumps in our basement, which typically run constantly, have been very quiet since the project was completed. 

They not only gave us back our yard, but also increased its size—clearing a lot of brush and hauling away on old rotting wood pile that had been on the property since we moved in.
